Meditation Training
Cultivating Presence, Peace, and Inner Knowing
Welcome to a space of stillness and awakening—a return to your essence through the art and science of meditation. Rooted in ancient wisdom and informed by contemporary somatic therapies, this practice invites you into deeper intimacy with life, grounded in embodied presence.

Practices Offered
Focusing Meditation
Focusing is the bedrock of any meditation practice. It involves training the mind to rest on a single object of attention. This could be the breath, a mantra, a visual image, a sound, or a sensation in the body. Its purpose is to stabilize the mind, build attentional strength, and cultivate calmness. It strengthens the capacity to notice when the mind wanders and gently return to the chosen anchor.
Mindfulness Meditation
This is an awareness-based meditation practice emphasizing observing whatever arises in the field of experience—thoughts, emotions, body sensations, or sounds—without attachment or aversion. The goal is to develop insight into the nature of the mind, impermanence, and interdependence.
Loving-Kindess (Metta) Meditation
Nurture qualities of warmth, compassion, and self-acceptance that naturally arise from embodied presence.
Guided Visualizations
Use imagery and intention to support healing, transformation, and conscious creation.
Breathwork
Access the intelligence of the breath to down-regulate the nervous system, enhance vitality, and facilitate deeper states of meditation.
